 White GinsengBy preparing the dried or powdered ginseng root, it is called White Ginseng. White Ginseng is considered less heating than Red Ginseng (also panax). It supports the immune system and fights fatigue and stress. When taking ginseng, it is generally a good idea not to consume a large amount of caffeine.
Standard Dosage:
2 capsules daily.
Ingredients:
Panax ginseng root. - Ren shen.
Cautions & Contraindications:
Contraindicated for conditions due to Yin deficiency or excess heat. Contraindicated during the early stages of acute illness such as cold and flu, or during an acute infection.
